From the time Chef Pam McDonald could stand on a chair and cook alongside her mother, she had found her home in the kitchen. As her interest and skills grew, no recipes were off limits when it came to the adventure of cooking.
Hobby turned professional in 1985 when she graduated from George Brown’s prestigious Culinary Management Program. Since then, Pam’s eclectic style and taste continue to attract attention from celebrities to national television shows. She has appeared on the Food Network Canada, the Life Network and Global Television.
